In order to purchase from this website you must be purchasing stock to resell and not for your personal use. We welcome customers who sell online as well as in retail shops.

PRICES
Prices on our website are shown in Pound Sterling (£) and are excluding VAT & delivery. All prices listed on the website are for a package of 6 pairs of socks unless otherwise stated. Animal Crackers Ltd reserves the right to amend or change any prices at any time without prior notice. Our Recommended Retail Prices (RRP) are shown on our website.

PRODUCTS
Products are subject to availability. If there is a product on your order which is out of stock you will be notified. The product will either be placed on a back order or you will be refunded.

MINIMUM ORDER
There is no minimum order. You can order as few or as many packs as you require.

DELIVERY
We offer free next day delivery for orders over £150 (excluding VAT).

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards including Visa, Visa Debit, Delta, Mastercard and Maestro. We also accept Paypal. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express. Payments can be made online, over the telephone or via BACS.

PAYMENT PROCESS
When an order is placed on the website payment is taken at checkout. You will receive an order confirmation via email.

You will receive a further email containing tracking information once your order has been picked, packed and dispatched.

DAMAGES
If your items have arrived damaged or there are items missing, please contact us within 2 working days.

We will advise you of the process to follow. Please do not return any goods to us  without agreed authorisation.
